Tonight I made my own frozen breakfast burritos. I found the idea a couple of weeks ago, when I was in a slow checkout lane and so started flipping through a recipe book off the rack. I don't know why I couldn't think of this myself. It's a great idea, because I am almost never up early enough to eat breakfast before class, but I'm too cheap to buy most frozen breakfast foods.
I did as the recipe suggested and wrapped each burrito in wax paper and then in tin foil, to keep them sealed in the freezer. In the morning I'll just take off the tin foil and microwave the burrito, wax paper and all. I'm excited to see how it comes out tomorrow. If this one works out well, I may try the same thing with breakfast biscuit sandwiches.
