Actually, spring is well underway here in Texas. This is the perfect time of year in Dallas. While much of the country is still wrapped in cold, we're enjoying beautiful weather. In a couple months it's going to be way too hot--at least, I assume it will be since that's what it's like in Houston. At least here, away from the Gulf, it should be significantly less humid.
On a side note, I am holycrapinlove with these Jamaican Veggie Patties that I made tonight.

Spring sprung with us last Saturday, but today it's unsprung again. Cold and rainy and very windy. Not very inviting to go outside.
The Veggie Patties look yummy.
Aw, that is the worst, when the weather teases you with a little springtime warmth and then hits you with some more winter. Better to get the winter all over with and THEN move on into spring.
