We had these 'Next Signal' signs all over Houston, and they're at pretty much every intersection here in the Dallas area, too. I love them. When you don't know where you're going on a Texas-sized city street (read: several lanes wide), which is crowded with locals who do know where they're going and drive at least 10 mph over the speed limit, it's nice to know which street you're coming up on BEFORE you get to the intersection. I am sorry to say that I have not seen signs like this many other places in the country. Too bad.
