They used to sell the sweet version to pop yourself (well, the microwave), but I can't find it anymore. Only salted, which is horrid in my opinion.

Mara, oh no! I completely agree about the salted. I only like the sweet kind too..

Can't beat popcorn - hmmm I saw kettle corn sweet at Safeway a couple of days ago. I bought salted, though...even though I really enjoy both kinds!

Mmmm! Popcorn!

I must be one of the rare ones, I like the salty kind, freshly popped, warm with butter.

Or, of course, the ready made, caramel-coated sort. Yummy - but oh, so fattening!

On behalf of the team, thanks for taking part in ABC Wednesday this week! :)

Popcorn! Exciting food. Especially when you make it on the stove. Will suggest it to my mother. Guess she would like the excitement of making that ;-) Bombs away!!!!

I really love your photos.

Now I'm craving popcorn! It reminds me of camping and making it over the fire in a big kettle! That's how we did it when I was a kid:)

I haven't had any popcorn in awhile, but looking at your photo has my mouth watering.

To everyone, thanks for all your great comments :) All you pop-it-yourselfers have me wondering if I might not like the salted kind better if it wasn't the microwave kind!

Carolina, make sure your niece comes over for the fun! Your mom can have her hold the pot over the stove while it pops ;)
