I love cardinals! I think it's because we don't really have them where I grew up in Colorado, so they always seem so exotic to me.

I love them TOO! Years ago, we had a pair that would come to our feeder at our old condo. It was odd because we were right on the corner by the busy street. What made it even more special? The brought their BABIES with them. It was absolutely amazing to watch.
I have never seen a cardinal. Not native to our part of the world.
I love this picture. Could be a good one for the 'are you colourblind'-test.

Carolina, SERIOUSLY! If I were red/green colorblind I don't think I would have a chance at picking him out.
