I lost these earrings five months ago, and today I got them back! (And just yesterday I was reading Jay's post about finding lost earrings!) I am very happy because (a) I got them in Charleston, South Carolina over Thanksgiving, so they remind me of happy times on the beach, and (b) they are fun! :)

Yippee! How could you have lost those? They are HUGE! (okay, that is a bit of an exaggeration) I presume this is about the orange dangly ones? They look like happy earrings. And I agree with Jay. Perhaps it is a story we can all learn our lessons from ;-)
By the way, if someone objects to the ears (they are lovely), you should send them over to my legs in today's post ;-)
hehehe.. it is actually not a very exciting story. I left them at someone's apartment several months ago, and finally received them in the mail. So I guess the lesson is - if you lose your earrings at someone else's house, make sure they find them and send them back to you ;P
PS Carolina, for a second I thought you'd totally lost it - of COURSE I meant the orange dangly ones! How many earrings do you SEE in the photo?! And then I realized that I DO have two in there. I just never think about the second holes. So who's the fool, then? hehe :P
