It's empty at night, but on afternoons and weekends there are usually kids out on the playground or playing ball on the grass. It makes me feel at home, since my garage apartment in Houston was above the garage of a Montessori elementary school, so every day the kids literally had recess out in my backyard. I miss seeing them.
